Kevin Bailey is a senior finance leader with over twenty years’ board‑level experience across private equity, financial services and global recruitment, including senior roles at Tenet Group (£155m turnover) and InterQuest Group plc (£120m turnover). He specialises in building scalable financial infrastructure, strengthening governance, and supporting high‑growth organisations through complex commercial and operational transformation.

Before joining Pharaoh Capital, Kevin served as Group Finance Director at a Private Equity backed business, where he helped scale the business from £2m to £20m turnover, expanded operations into 15 countries, secured $2.5m in international funding, and delivered significant margin improvement, cost reductions and multiple successful refinancings. CIMA/CGMA‑qualified with an LLB (Hons), Kevin brings the financial rigour, governance capability and commercial clarity required to support Inicio’s growth, investment strategy and long‑term scalability.
