Matt is the Operations Manager at Pharaoh Capital, working closely with the Commercial Director and CEO to keep the business aligned across commercial, technical and operational functions. His remit spans commercial strategy — including PPA pricing, tariffs and export value — business development and deal origination, technical oversight of solar system design and EPC proposals, and ownership of customer-facing proposals and product.

Matt built and manages Vaults Consulting, a subcontracting business supplying engineers to utility contracts, growing it from scratch into a seven-figure turnover operation within Pharaoh Capital's portfolio. He also built and manages Pharaoh Capital's CRM and sales operations infrastructure.

Before moving into solar and operations, Matt spent 15 years in senior management roles in corporate recruitment, including leading integrated RPO teams for major global clients such as DXC Technology, Atos, Capgemini and BAE Systems. In these roles he built and led large teams, managed data, forecasting and finance, and delivered consistently against multi-million pound targets — experience that continues to shape the operational rigour he brings to Pharaoh Capital and Inicio Funding today.
