Tom Glenn is a renewable energy professional with experience spanning technical consultancy, project delivery, and the ownership and operation of renewable energy construction businesses. He has spent much of his career providing technical oversight, construction management, health and safety leadership, and project delivery across a pipeline of utility-scale developments comprising over 200MW of solar farms and 150MW of battery storage assets.

Tom has since applied his utility-scale expertise to the commercial and industrial sector, recognising the importance of reducing the carbon emissions of UK businesses while strengthening the energy resilience of key industries. As Technical Delivery Director at Pharaoh Capital, he is responsible for leading the delivery of the Group’s renewable energy pipeline, applying his expertise to ensure the successful development, construction, and operation of the company’s project portfolio.
